I have two sets of source files that must be turned into clean, mistake-free digital documents within a 48-hour window. First, a batch of scanned images needs to be re-typed into Word; second, several PDFs contain data tables that have to be rebuilt in Excel.
I will supply the images, PDFs and a concise style guide that spells out the required font, size, basic alignment rules and column order. Because I’m not providing a pre-made template, you will create the Word and Excel files yourself, following those instructions closely.
Accuracy is critical—text, numbers and line breaks must match the originals exactly, and the finished Word docs should have consistent headings, bullet points and spacing. In Excel, lay out each table logically on its own labelled sheet, avoiding unnecessary merged cells.
Deliverables (due no later than 48 hours after project start):
• Fully formatted Word documents for every image.
• A single Excel workbook with each PDF table on its own sheet.
