I need more than 50 pages of my handwritten notes turned into an error-free, neatly formatted Word document. Accuracy is the top priority—I expect the final file to mirror my original wording line for line, while fixing obvious spelling slips that come from hurried writing.

Most pages are straightforward prose, though the occasional abbreviation or underlined heading appears; if anything is unclear, simply flag it with a comment so I can confirm the intent. Please keep the structure consistent—each new page in my notebook should start on a new page in Word.

Once finished, deliver:
• A single .docx file with all pages typed and page breaks inserted where noted
• A brief list of any illegible words or uncertainties for quick review
