GFACT Exam Chronological Index

I’ve gathered all of my notes and course material for the GFACT certification, but what I’m missing is a clear, easy-to-scan index that I can rely on when studying and during the open-book exam. All of the source text is ready for you; it just needs to be organised.
What I need you to build is a chronological index that traces the flow of the material from start to finish, capturing every chapter and section as well as all key terms and their definitions exactly as they appear in the text. No thematic regrouping and no alphabetical shuffling—just a clean timeline so I can see how each concept unfolds and where it sits in the overall course.
Please work directly from the photos of the book I’ll provide. The final index should:
• List each chapter/section in order with correct page references
• Call out every key term and its definition at the point it first appears, also with page references
• Be delivered in an editable Word document and a print-ready PDF
