Format Technical Report Word
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I already have the full outline and most of the raw content for a technical report; what I need now is a Word-savvy specialist to turn that material into a polished, publication-ready document.
The job centres on formatting rather than writing. I will supply the outline (and any existing text, tables or images) and you will:
• apply a clear, hierarchical system of headings and sub-headings using Word styles so the document auto-generates an accurate table of contents
• redesign all tables and embed figures with numbered captions that update automatically
• organise references and in-text citations consistently (we can finalise whether this follows IEEE, Harvard, or another common technical style—flexibility here is helpful)
Acceptance once I have:
1. a single .docx file that opens without compatibility warnings, fully styled as above
2. an automatically generated TOC that matches every heading
3. fields for tables, figures, cross-references and citations that update correctly with F9
4. a clean reference list at the end, produced through Word’s citation manager or an equivalent tool
If you prefer using advanced Word features—style sets, custom table designs, section breaks for landscape pages—feel free; I only care that the end result looks professional and is easy for me to update later.
Turnaround is flexible within the week, and I’m available for quick feedback rounds.
