Fast PDF Typing & Formatting

I have a set of scanned documents saved as PDFs that need to be re-typed into an editable format—Word or Google Docs is fine. The text inside each PDF can be selected and copied, but the automatic copy-paste loses structure, spacing, and some special characters, so I still need a careful manual pass to recreate the original look and catch any OCR glitches.

Your task is straightforward: extract the content, clean it up, and deliver neatly formatted files that mirror the source layout (headings, paragraphs, simple tables if they appear). Accuracy matters more than speed, but I do expect a steady turnaround once we get started.
