Extract PDF Paragraph Text

I have a PDF that contains several pages of information written in standard paragraph form. I need every word from those paragraphs transferred into an editable document—preferably a Word or Google Doc—without introducing typos, missing lines, or altering the original sequence.

Accuracy is the priority: keep all line breaks, headings, and paragraph spacing exactly as they appear. No images or tables are involved; it is strictly text.
