Enter 50+ Handwritten Pages Manually

I have a stack of handwritten notes—well over fifty pages—that need to be converted into a clean, digital format. This is strictly manual data entry: no scraping tools or OCR shortcuts, please. Accuracy is my top priority, so every number, word, and punctuation mark must match the original pages exactly.

You will receive high-resolution scans of the notes. The finished work should come back to me as a neatly formatted Word document (or Excel sheet if you feel tables would improve clarity). Please include basic proofreading as you go; I’d like obvious spelling errors or illegible words flagged for my review rather than guessed.

Deliverables
• Fully typed transcript of all pages
• Simple, consistent formatting—headings, bullets, indentation where appropriate
• A separate log of any unclear words or sections

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of pages transcribed
• Fewer than two typos per ten pages, verified by spell-check and manual review
• All flagged uncertainties clearly listed
