Document Formatting & TOC Creation

I have a 200-page Word document that needs a full consistency pass. Right now the tables show a mix of styles; I’d like every table brought into a single, clean look of your choosing (no template provided, so use your best judgement but keep it professional and easy to read).

Across the entire file please apply Calibri Light, 8 pt for all body text. Any names highlighted in the existing light-green shade must remain that colour but become bold for quick visual reference.

Once the visual clean-up is finished, generate an automatic Table of Contents: main headings appear in bold, sub-headings in regular weight—both should update automatically if the document changes.

Deliverables
• Fully formatted .docx with standardized tables, correct fonts, and bolded green names
• Auto-generated TOC reflecting the bold/regular hierarchy
• Quick note summarising any style decisions made so I can maintain the look going forward
