Digitize Complex Handwritten Notes

I have a collection of scanned handwritten notes, each running well beyond five pages, that I need converted into clean, editable text. The pages are not just straight prose—many of them include:

• Mathematical equations
• Diagrams or charts

Your task is to recreate everything faithfully in a Word or Google Docs file, keeping the original page order and clearly distinguishing headings, sub-headings, and any bullet points that appear in the notes. Equations should be typed with the built-in Equation Editor (or LaTeX if you prefer), and diagrams or charts must be redrawn or inserted as high-resolution images so they remain sharp when printed.

Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of the text transcribed verbatim, including punctuation and line breaks.
• All equations rendered and aligned correctly.
• Diagrams redrawn/inserted so they match the source in content and relative placement.
• Final file delivered in both editable (DOCX or G-Docs) and PDF formats.
