Corporate Documents Retyping & Formatting

I have a backlog of reports, contracts, and technical manuals that exist only as scanned PDFs and badly-formatted Word files. I need each one retyped accurately and laid out to match our company style guide so they are ready for internal distribution.

The work is straightforward but detail-oriented: text must be captured verbatim, headings and sub-headings must follow our predefined hierarchy, tables and figures need to be rebuilt so they are editable, and page numbering, headers, and footers must mirror our template. Because these files stay in-house, consistency and clean formatting matter more to me than elaborate design flourishes.

I’ll supply the scans, our style guide, and an example of a finished document. You’ll return:
• An editable Word file that follows the guide exactly
• A PDF export for quick reference
