Convert Screenshots Into Editable Word

I have a collection of screenshots that I need turned into clean, fully-editable Word documents. Each page should mirror the original layout as closely as possible—fonts, headings, paragraphs, any tables or embedded images that appear in the screenshots all need to come through accurately.
