Combine Book & Supplement Document

I have two sets of Word files: one set from the original book and the other from its more recentsupplement. I want a single word document that looks like the book, and threads the supplement’s content into the appropriate chapters instead of tacking it on at the end.

I’ll supply both source file . If you have strong Word styling skills and an eye for typographic consistency, this should be straightforward.
