Bulk Word-to-PDF Conversion

I’m looking for a detail-oriented PDF specialist to convert a batch of Word files—somewhere in the 11-to-50 range—into polished, share-ready PDFs. Each document includes images, tables and active hyperlinks, so the finished files must mirror the originals exactly, right down to headers, footers and page numbers.
A custom watermark (which I’ll supply) needs to appear consistently on every page, without compromising readability. The final PDFs should open flawlessly in Adobe Reader and other standard viewers; please be prepared to handle any font embedding or style adjustments required to make that happen.
