Go to File → Save As (or Export). Choose PDF as the file type.
Name the file: Factum_Applicant_Bookmarked.pdf
Before you save, turn these options ON if you see them:
“Create bookmarks using headings”
“Document structure tags for accessibility”
Save the PDF.
Open the new PDF file.
Open the Bookmarks panel on the left side:
Adobe Reader: View → Show/Hide → Navigation Panes → Bookmarks
Mac Preview: View → Thumbnails & Bookmarks
Make sure you can see clickable bookmarks for all the PARTs and sub-sections listed in step 2. Click a few to test that they jump to the right page.
Test 2 or 3 hyperlinks in the PDF (click on a case name). They should open the correct page on CanLII.
If everything works, send me both files:

If any major section is missing from the Bookmarks list, tell me which ones are missing.
