Book Typing Into Template

I have a complete book manuscript that still lives only on paper. I will provide you with my own layout template so the file you deliver matches the exact margins, fonts, headings and page-break rules I already use for my other titles. Your task is simple but demands accuracy: type the entire text into the template, keep every chapter title, paragraph break and italicised phrase exactly where it belongs, and run a basic spell-check before handing it back.

I will send high-resolution scans of the pages along with the template file as soon as we start. The finished manuscript must be returned in the same editable format as the template, ready for me to do a final proof and move on to print. If you are an exceptionally fast, careful typist used to working in Word or similar word-processing software, this should be straightforward.
