Accurate Word to Excel Transfer

I have a group of Word documents packed with textual records that now need to live in a single, tidy Excel workbook. Every entry must be copied exactly as-is, placed in clean columns and rows, and then saved in the format I will supply once we start. Accuracy is paramount—spelling, line breaks, and spacing in the original Word files must be preserved unless I specify otherwise.

The workbook has to open ready for immediate use, so please avoid hidden characters or merged cells and keep the sheet free of extra styling. A quick turnaround is important, yet I also need complete confidentiality; the files contain sensitive information and must not be shared or stored anywhere once the hand-off is complete.

Deliverables
• One Excel file containing all transferred text, laid out in the agreed column-row structure
• Confirmation that the source files have been deleted from your system after delivery
