I have several batches of scanned and handwritten notes—each a mix of text passages and embedded images—that need to be re-created in Microsoft Word. Every page must be keyed in manually: no auto-conversion, no OCR shortcuts. The end result should read exactly like the originals yet follow my custom style guide.
Here is what matters most:
• Precision: spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source.
• Custom formatting: apply my predefined heading and subheading styles throughout; I will share a quick reference you can keep open while you type.
• Image placement: drop each illustration, table, or diagram into its correct spot, sizing it so the page flow remains clean.
I release the work in small, trackable batches and appreciate a short status update at the end of each day so we stay in sync. If you are comfortable with repetitive detail work and have an eye for consistent formatting, let’s begin with the first bundle right away—once that’s approved, the rest will follow.
