Accurate PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a sizeable PDF—well over 50 pages—that I need reproduced in an editable Microsoft Word file. Every word, punctuation mark, and line break must match the source exactly; I’m aiming for absolute accuracy so I can later edit the content without jumping back to the original.

Scope
• Source: one PDF document, 51 + pages
• Target: a clean .docx file formatted to mirror the original page layout (headings, paragraphs, basic lists or tables if they appear)
• Proofreading: double-check for typos or missing text before delivery
