I have a set of scanned handwritten pages that need to be turned into clean, searchable text. Every word, number, and formatting cue on the page should appear exactly the same in the final file—no paraphrasing or omissions—so I can rely on it for future reference and quick keyword searches.

You will receive high-resolution JPEGs/PDFs of the notes. Please transcribe them verbatim, preserving headings, bullets, and any underlined or highlighted elements in a way that makes sense digitally. If a word is unclear, flag it so I can confirm the correct spelling.

When the text is ready, export it to an editable Word document and also send a plain-text copy. Accuracy, confidentiality, and a prompt turnaround are essential; let me know if you spot any terminology you’re unsure about, and I’ll clarify right away.
