The brief is straightforward: keep the minimalist grid, bold headlines, vibrant color blocks, and those buttery-smooth hover and scroll effects, but apply my own logo and color palette. Elementor Pro (or another truly lightweight builder) is fine, so long as the final site stays lean and scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop.
