and se an interface script
the user interface should be like this:
Each line of the parameters according to the JASON list in the api script
appears on the interface screen as a single filed and only after the user fiils the new data (or no date chinge) and sends it with the existing parameter or empty
the the interface script response the user the next filed to enters the new parameter
after every line the parameter are updated in the DB
