I need a PHP developer for Woocommerce (add new order status)

I need to add new woocommerce order status like (processing, new order, canceled)

Names of new order status:
- Delivery
- Installation
- Ready

Also, when admin change order status, an email automatically sent to customer. (You can find email templates this on Woocommerce> Settings> Emails)
So I need to add email for each status like (proccessing, new order, pending, etc..)

I will pay 60$ for this job
