i frame in wc vendor/woocommerce product galary

I’m looking for a developer that can make customize/develop a plugin. It will be a fork of the wc vendors (pro) - plugin that is built on woocommerce plugin. WC vendor makes it possible for users to log in on my website and become their own vendor on woocommerce. An owner of a shop can go to the backside of wordpress dashboard to customize their shop in the front. The WC vendors pro gives the extra ability that a shop owner can make all adaptions and configurations at the front side vendorsdashboard. I want customization so at the top of the page it starts with an I-frame. I already made in google docs a more detailed description with images.
