error en funcionalidades de pago en woocommerce

we have a website with woocomerce
We have been updated and some functionalities of the woocomerce have been broken.
I could look at doing a backup restoration but I'm seeing this error if we don't fix it, it will happen whenever something is updated so I'm going to need someone to help me debug the error quickly
the point is that we have a product that before making the full payment:
let's say a pre-reservation of € 45 is made
the client receives an email that he has made his reservation and when he pays
Another email is sent and in it, a link that says pay the rest
that link is supposed to redirect to a page for the final payment
The problem comes with what is the link currently, when you click on it, it says that item not found in the store. but if you open the link, let's say outside the email, the link works
the message that the woocomerce returns is: "File not found Go to the store"

tenemos una web con woocomerce
se nos ha actualizado no me preguntes como y se nos ha roto unas funcionalidades del woocomerce.
podría mirar de hacer una restauracion de copia de seguridad pero estoy viendo que este error sino lo arreglamos, va a pasar siempre que se actualice algo asi que voy a necesitar alguien que me ayude a depurar el error rapido
el tema es que tenemos un producto que antes de hacer el pago completo:
digamos se hace una prereserva de 45€
al cliente le llega un email como que ha hecho su reserva y cuando paga
se le envia otro email y en el , un enlace que dice pagar el resto
ese enlace se supone redirige a una pagina para el pago final
el problema viene con que es enlace actualmente, cuando pulsas en el, dice que elemento no encontrado en la tienda. pero si abres el enlace digamos fuera del email el enlace funciona
el mensaje que devuelve el woocomerce es: "Archivo no encontrado Ir a la tienda"

Versión de PHP: 7.4.25
de preferencia alguien que hable español.
