develop full e-commerce website based on WooCommerce

We’re looking to develop an e-commerce website which sells products and services online based on WooCommerce.

Requirements
-WooCommerce fully functioning

-multi language (English & Arabic) full translation and RTL for Arabic. standard translation but open for enhancement

-full configuration in terms of localization, time zone, currency, user registration, … etc etc)
integration with payment gateway (most probably payTab)

-professional paid theme

-dummy data for products and services

-dev environment and production environment

-sms integration when orders are placed and notification

-standard google analytics integration

-SEO (English and Arabic)

-coupon feature to apply discount

-order tracking page

-order notification

-simple integration with WhatsApp

-any standard feature for complete e-commerce website

*all paid themes and plugins and hosting are execluded from this project. we’ll pay it separately
the e-commerce website has to be with full features and has a very high quality.
