deactivate postcode

deactivate postcode in all pages. I want the necessary code to be written to the snippets plugin so I won't have a problem when theme gets updated. Customer should be able to write zipcode but it won't be validated to avoid problems with validations on international orders. Customer should be able to place an order with out getting a "zip code not formatted properly" message.
