Zip Sale Radius to Woo-commerce

I need to have a way to make this setting active in the store. We have a non compete selling radius. Please see below what we send our customers.

Due to an enforceable Non-Compete, we would not sell ANY
product within 175-mile radius of zip code 33414(Wellington,
Florida).

Furthermore, our customers agree to NOT resell or rent our
product within 175-mile radius of zip code 33414(Wellington,
Florida).-

So basically nobody can buy anything in that location radius. After the 175 they can buy with no issues.
