8AN Workflow Development for Education Platform

I want you to help me create an 8AN workflow for an education Platform

the workflow goes like this
user fills details in the stripe checkout page the details are: name-email- group level (there dropdown options :1-3 / 4-6 / 7+)
user makes a payment
Wordpress account created / user role assigned.

Also, learndash courses (we call them sections) need to be assigned based on the user role, for user role level 1 to 3 we assign from section 1 to section 9 / level 4 to 6 we assign section10 to section 18 / level 7+ we assign section 19 to section 45. all sections are already published in learndash.
This is after the first payment is done

Now in the second month is the user didn't make the payment or it failed, I want The role to be switch to "expired". I already made a custom visibility for This role that says you have to renew your membership, we can talk about it later in details.

If the second payment was done everything stays the same.

If an expired role made the payment another time, lets say in few days, everything goes back to normal and he gets assigned his role as before.
