Wordpress expert who analyzes 2 twin e-commerce sites to make them fast and efficient

I am looking for a Wordpress Woocommerce expert who is able to conduct a detailed technical analysis to understand the reasons for the extreme slowness of 2 twin e-commerce sites.
The aim is to implement websites, cleaning them of all superfluous plugins and making them fast and efficient.
Both sites are based on a data auto-import system that periodically adds products via the Wp All Import plugin and a connector that synchronizes all content via the IceCat database.
The sites are also structured through a user registration plugin that profiles them by user type.
