Wordpress Plugin- Woocommerce API and External API integration Expert

I need to get data from an external API to Wordpress site, via a Plugin.
Data required in the initial phase:
-Products: Get products from the External API and place into Woocommerce products
-Orders: Get paid orders from Woocommerce and place into External API
Should be delivered in the form of a Plugin, as it is planned to be installed in various Woocommerce sites, the main goal is to avoid the woocommerce store to manually place the products and orders.
