Wordpress Dokan Distance Based Shipping Plugin

We need a shipping plugin for Woocommere-Dokan marketplace that would compute and charge customer based on distance from vendor address to customer delivery address.
It should work with google map api.
We need these features:
It should have a panel for choosing geo location on map for each address and store it in database. This panel should be available in admin panel of dokan and woo commerce as well as front end panel for customers and vendors.
For calculating delivery fee, it should calculate a difficulty parameter (aka cost) based on route data from map api (ie. Distance, traffic density etc.) and size/weight (small, large, lightweight, heavy etc. both configurable in Wordpress admin panel) and type of package (cake, food, glass etc. also configurable in admin panel and seller panel for each product and take the most expensive one in an order list with different types of items) and type of delivery vehicle (bike, car, van etc).
Then delivery fee will be calculated by normalizing this difficulty parameter multiple by a rate and should have a min and max value (all 3 configurable in admin panel).
In a plugin should we have min Mileage and Maximum Mileage (KM)
Avoid – Things to avoid when working out the distance, like Ferries, Tolls etc.
Show Distance – Whether to show the actual distance on the cart/checkout pages when presenting the customer with their shipping rate.
Tax Status – Whether the rates includes tax or not.
Method Title – Title you want to display to the customer at cart/checkout
Method Title – Name the shipping method. This is visible to customers.
