WordPress E-commerce Site for Tax advisory services
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to develop an e-commerce WordPress webpage focused on selling tax advisory services.
Project Overview:
We intend to launch a simple website based on WordPress, where users/non-logged-in clients will be able to submit tax or legal questions.
Each question will be subject to a fee – the price will depend on the selected package, which will be differentiated based on:
1. The number of questions asked by the client regarding the described factual background,
2. The response time – calculated from the moment the question is received and the client is notified via email that the question has been accepted for processing.
After payment is made, the question will be sent to our team, who will prepare a response for the client.
Website Features:
For Users:
• A clear and responsive design (optimized for both PC and mobile).
• The ability to submit a question through a form (e.g., Google Forms or a built-in WordPress form).
• Package selection – pricing will vary based on:
1. Response time (the standard response time is 72 hours; 48h and 24h options will incur additional fees),
2. Number of questions asked regarding the factual background (standard: 1–2 questions; higher packages allow for more questions related to the same background).
The above criteria are working assumptions and may be subject to change.
• Integration with online payments (Stripe, PayPal, Przelewy24).
• The client should receive three confirmations via the email provided in the form:
1. After successful payment,
2. After the question is submitted (this is when the countdown for the response time begins),
3. Upon receiving the answer to their question.
For the Team (Admin Panel):
• An overview of all submitted and paid questions.
• The ability to send answers to users (either via the panel or directly via the email address provided in the form – to be determined).
• A simple question management system – including email status updates similar to those in a classic e-commerce store (e.g., “in progress”, “completed”, etc.) – the connection between question status updates and email notifications to be determined.
• A separate interface is not necessary if the above status management can be performed directly via the WordPress panel.
• Responses can be sent via email if this proves to be a simpler or significantly more cost-effective solution.
Additional Notes:
• The solution can be based on an e-commerce theme/template (e.g., WooCommerce), if it simplifies payment integration and package configuration.
• User registration/login functionality is required.
• Compliance with GDPR and cookie regulations is necessary (e.g., CookieBot), with fields for Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Please provide a cost estimate for the implementation of the project as well as an approximate timeline for delivery.
