WordPress Vehicle Listing Website Development

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer to build a vehicle listing website that supports both private and commercial sellers.

Phase 1 – Free Listings & Reviews
User registration/login for sellers

Sellers can submit vehicle listings (title, price, description, photos, etc.)

Listings are free to post for now

Listings expire after 30 days

Seller dashboard to view/edit/delete their listings

Buyers can search listings by title, description, make, model, price, and location

Each listing should include a contact/inquiry form

Buyers can leave reviews (either on listings or sellers — use plugin or theme support)

Reviews should use a star rating system

Phase 2 – Enable Paid Listings
Build the system to allow $5 per listing, but keep it disabled for now

Use WooCommerce or a paid listing plugin

Integrate Stripe or PayPal

Preferred Setup
WordPress with a premium theme (I’ll purchase it) — suggestions: Motors or ClassiAds

Use plugins as needed for reviews and payments

Minimal custom coding — only if necessary

Mobile-friendly and SEO-ready

Provide documentation or video walkthrough for how I can manage listings and users
