WordPress Upgrade For Art Academy

I already have a complete, fully-designed static HTML site for our art academy. I now need it transformed into a dynamic WordPress installation that preserves the current look while adding genuine interactivity.

Core features to implement
• Secure user registration and login so students can access their personal dashboards.
• An interactive gallery where artwork can be browsed, filtered, zoomed, and shared.
• A class booking system that lets visitors view schedules in real time, reserve a seat, and receive automated confirmations.
• Online payment processing for student fees—WooCommerce, Stripe or a comparable plugin is fine as long as transactions are reliable and easy to reconcile.

Scope of work
1. Build a custom WordPress theme from my existing HTML/CSS, keeping the visual design intact and fully responsive.
2. Configure and style the chosen plugins (or custom code) to deliver the gallery, bookings, and payments exactly as described.
3. Migrate all current content and set up any new pages or post types needed.
4. Harden security, set sensible user roles, and optimise for performance.
5. Provide short hand-over documentation so my team can add classes, images, and announcements on our own.

Acceptance criteria
• Design matches the original static pages pixel-for-pixel on modern browsers and mobile devices.
• A new user can register, book a class, and pay a fee end-to-end without errors.
• Admin panel clearly shows bookings, payments, and uploaded artwork.
• Site passes basic speed tests and has no critical security warnings.
