WordPress Taxi & Travel Site
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a WordPress-based website that centres on a full-featured taxi booking and management system while also letting visitors reserve additional travel services. The core taxi module must let customers select pick-up/drop-off points, view live pricing, schedule immediate or future rides, receive instant confirmations, and track bookings through a clean dashboard on both the front-end and in the admin area.
Alongside the taxi workflow, the site should let me publish and sell the following travel products:
• Tours and excursions
• Accommodation bookings
• Transportation bookings (shuttles, private transfers, etc.)
Each product type should appear within a unified catalogue so customers can build an itinerary that mixes taxi rides with any of the options above, checking out in a single session.
Key requirements
• WordPress + a modern theme that is mobile-first and fast.
• Clear, step-by-step taxi booking form with distance-based or flat-rate pricing rules I can edit.
• Separate inventory controls for tours, rooms, and seats, yet all visible under one account for the customer.
• Auto-generated emails/invoices, calendar sync, and coupon support.
• Multilingual-ready structure (I’ll supply translations later).
• Clean code that does not lock me into proprietary licences; favour well-supported plugins.
Deliverables
1. Fully configured WordPress site on my hosting, ready to take live bookings.
2. Written hand-over guide covering how to add new taxi routes, tours, and accommodation items, plus refund and reporting steps.
3. One brief training call or screen-recording walking me through day-to-day management.
If you have prior experience integrating taxi plugins, WooCommerce bookings, or bespoke PHP modules on WordPress, that will help us move quickly. Please outline your proposed tech stack, any plugins/themes you suggest, and your estimated timeline for going live.
