I’m building a single WordPress website that will operate as an online shop, a real-time booking hub for retreats, and a full e-learning portal—one login for everything, consistent branding throughout.
Here’s the vision
• WooCommerce powers product sales, coupons, tax/shipping rules, and a streamlined checkout.
• A booking engine (such as WooCommerce Bookings or comparable) lets visitors reserve sessions, classes, or services with calendar sync and automated email reminders.
• An LMS plugin—Think LearnDash, TutorLMS, or LifterLMS—delivers courses with tiered access, quizzes, progress tracking, and student dashboards.
• Unified account area so customers see orders, reservations, and course progress in one place.
• Modern, responsive design that is fast, SEO-friendly, and easy for me to update.
• Payment gateway setup, security hardening, and basic on-page SEO baked in.
• A brief hand-off session plus written docs so I can manage products, bookings, and courses on my own.
Acceptance criteria
1. All three core functions (store, booking, learning) tested and working on staging before launch.
2. Mobile performance scores above 85 on PageSpeed Insights.
3. Admin tutorial delivered (video or live screen share) and a short PDF guide.
