WordPress IT Specialist for Multi-brand Company

Summary
Ekot Group is a multi-brand holding company managing businesses in e-commerce, residential cleaning , real estate ), and media. We need an IT Specialist with deep WordPress and WooCommerce expertise to manage our technical infrastructure, complete our e-commerce website build, and maintain all digital systems across the organization.
What You Will Do:
• Complete and maintain the WooCommerce store (custom theme, ACF Pro, product management, payment/shipping configuration)
• Maintain and update 5+ WordPress websites across the Ekot Group portfolio
• know how to build website from scratch
• Write and debug PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom WordPress theme modifications
• Manage Hostinger and Shock Hosting accounts (DNS, SSL, email, caching, staging)
• Build and maintain Make.com automation workflows connecting Monday.com, Metricool, Google Drive, Slack
• Implement technical SEO (schema markup, page speed optimization, Search Console management)
• Handle security (backups, malware monitoring, access controls) across all sites
• Manage IT accounts, tools, and general technical support for a seven-person team
What We Are Looking For:
• 1+ years of WordPress development experience with live WooCommerce projects in your portfolio
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery
• Hands-on experience with ACF Pro, WooCommerce configuration, and custom theme development
• Experience managing web hosting environments (Hostinger, cPanel, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of technical SEO, page speed optimization, and caching strategies
• Strong troubleshooting skills; you can diagnose and fix WordPress issues efficiently
• Self-directed; comfortable working remotely and managing your own priorities
Bonus Points:
• Experience with Make.com or Zapier automation
• Experience with Buildium or property management software integration
• Git version control experience
• REST API and webhook integration experience
• E-commerce experience in niche or regulated industries
• Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio experience
