WordPress Site Migration & Rebranding
Budget: €120 – €160 EUR
I’m preparing to move my existing WordPress / WooCommerce business-corporate site to a new server and domain while giving it a fresh look. You will have hosting-level access through cPanel; no direct dashboard or FTP credentials will be supplied.
The job is split into clear milestones:
1. Backup & Validation
• Take a full file + database backup.
• Restore it in a password-protected test folder to prove everything works.
2. Migration & SSL
• Move the validated copy to the new server.
• Point it to the new domain and install SSL, ensuring there are no mixed-content issues.
3. Branding Update
• Replace every instance of the old logo with the new one.
• Update all textual references to the old brand across pages, menus, emails and system messages.
• Review WooCommerce and refresh keys / settings so checkout continues to work; please test in sandbox mode before going live.
A temporary staging site, set to noindex and locked behind a password, must stay available until final sign-off so I can review each milestone safely.
