WordPress Rental Site Updates

I run a WordPress-based site that rents oxygen concentrators and I need several functional tweaks—no visual redesign at all.

Core payment fix
– Upgrade the existing Stripe plugin and re-establish checkout so customers can pay again.
– Keep it on one-time payments, yet store the customer and card token so I can manually bill later for extended rentals or missing parts.

Pricing overhaul
– Replace every old rate with my new pricing.
– The form that calculates cost must handle both a simple flat fee and a dynamic total that changes with the rental period and changes with addition of cannula or humidifier.

New product with true availability
– Add a “Portable Concentrator” item. It has a unique price table and, because I currently have only one unit, it must become unavailable for any dates already booked. A built-in date picker or WooCommerce bookings logic is fine as long as it prevents double-booking.

Email improvement
– When an order is placed, the customer should automatically receive the same detailed email that I get (including their contact and delivery info).

Order form tweak
– Insert a field right below the existing “additional cannula” question where the renter can tick “Add humidifier – $15,” and have that fee roll into the total.

Deliverables
• Updated Stripe integration with stored card tokens, confirmed live transaction
• Revised pricing tables and working calculator
• Portable concentrator product with date-based availability lock
• Outgoing email copy to customer containing full order details
• New humidifier checkbox adding $15 to cart total

Everything runs on my current WordPress setup (WooCommerce, Stripe). No layout or styling changes are required—just code, configuration, and quick testing so the site is fully operational again.
