WordPress Rebuild + Custom Admin Panel + WooCommerce Store — Nonprofit/Events Website

Full rebuild of a WordPress website for a community-focused nonprofit that runs an annual outdoor music festival plus several smaller seasonal events throughout the year. Current site is dated and hard for non-technical staff to maintain. Goal: refreshed design + a genuinely simple admin setup so staff with zero dev background can add events and news themselves — including outside business hours, sometimes multiple updates in the same week.
Current site, for scoping purposes: ~15–20 pages/sections — homepage, a main event hub with sub-pages (overview/tickets, lineup, volunteer info, vendors, location, rules, camping, kids activities, sustainability info), donate page, about, sponsors, ongoing news feed. Ticketing lives on Eventbrite (external) — assume that stays external unless you flag a reason to bring it in-house.
Scope of work:

Full redesign + rebuild on WordPress reflecting a refreshed visual direction (brand assets provided)
Custom "Events" post type/template — I fill in fields (date, location, lineup, ticket link, image), no page-building required
News/blog section, sponsors page, volunteer/vendor info pages
Admin panel built specifically for non-technical users (Elementor or equivalent) — needs to be genuinely intuitive
WooCommerce store for merchandise
Mobile-responsive, fast load times
Content migration from current site (event archive, about, sponsor logos, etc.)
Mailchimp signup integration (already in use — keep it)
Social links carried over (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Basic on-page SEO setup
Short training video/doc for the admin panel

You should have:

2–3 live WordPress + WooCommerce sites you've personally built (links required)
Specific experience building CMS setups for non-technical end users
Comfortable working from a written brief through one point of contact — no direct end-client contact needed
