Project Overview:
We are moving from Magento 2 to WordPress Multisite + WooCommerce and need a highly experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer to build 4 regional stores under one Multisite installation.
We already have a server admin, so all server-level tasks (Nginx, PHP, MariaDB, Redis, Firewall, Cloudflare, SSL) will be handled by him.
The hired developer will be responsible ONLY for WordPress-side work.

Each store must behave like a standalone Magento store with separate:
• Currency
• Checkout settings

WORK REQUIRED FROM THE WEB DEVELOPER

1) WordPress Multisite Setup
• Install/Convert WordPress to Multisite
• Create 4 sites inside the network
• Assign correct domains (DNS handled by server admin)
• Confirm all 4 sites load independently

2) WooCommerce Setup (Per Store)
For PKR, CAD, GBP, USD sites:
• Configure WooCommerce
• Currency per store
• Shipping zones
• Tax settings
• Checkout pages
• Email templates
• Store pages (Shop, Cart, Checkout, My Account)

3) Porto Theme Setup
• Install Porto WordPress version
• Import suitable Watches / Luxury demo
• Customize:
o Header & Footer
o Mega Menu
o Product Grid
o Product Detail Page
o Mobile layouts
• Remove demo content after setup

4) Plugin Setup & Configuration
Must be Multisite compatible:
• WPML + WooCommerce Multilingual
• Aelia Currency Switcher or WOOCS
• Rank Math SEO or Yoast SEO
• Redis Object Cache (server admin config backend)
• WP Rocket or LSCache
• ShortPixel / Optimole image optimizer
• WordFence Security
• WPS Hide Login
• Disable XML-RPC
• WP All Import Pro (for future product/stock updates)
Developer will configure all plugins PER STORE.

5) WordPress-Level Security (Server admin handles server)
Developer must:
• Change login URL
• Disable file editing
• Enable WordFence firewall
• Enable 2FA for admin users
• Limit login attempts
• Disable XML-RPC via plugin
• Remove unused themes/plugins
• Enforce HTTPS

6) Performance Optimization (Web-Level Only)
• Redis Object Cache plugin activation
• Configure page caching (WP Rocket/LSCache)
• Exclude cart/checkout pages from cache
• Minify CSS/JS
• Delay JS
• Lazy load images
