WordPress Membership Booking Shop Website
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a complete WordPress site that lets visitors do three things smoothly: join a member area, book services, and buy physical products. Design and development must go hand-in-hand—clean, responsive pages that match our brand as well as a back-end that’s easy for my team to update once you hand it over.
Membership & Bookings
Users should be able to create either a free account or upgrade to a paid plan. After logging in they must be able to book appointments or classes; the system has to confirm availability instantly, collect payment, and send automated email reminders. A dashboard showing upcoming bookings, membership expiry, and payment history is essential.
Shop
Alongside services, we’ll sell a small line of physical products. WooCommerce (or a comparable plugin you recommend) will manage inventory, taxes, and shipping rules. The same cart must accept bookings and product orders together so customers make a single payment.
Payments
PayPal, Stripe, and direct credit/debit card checkout must be live at launch, fully tested in sandbox and production modes. Refunds and recurring charges for paid memberships need to process without manual intervention.
Key deliverables
• Custom WordPress theme or child theme matching our brand guide
• Membership plugin configuration (free + paid tiers)
• Booking engine tied to membership status
• WooCommerce—or equivalent—storefront for physical items
• Integrated checkout handling PayPal, Stripe, and card payments
• Responsive layout, SEO-friendly structure, speed optimisation
• One-page admin guide and video walk-through so we can manage plans, products, and bookings ourselves
Once the build is done and approved on a staging server, migrate it to our live host and perform a final round of tests to confirm everything works in real traffic.
