WordPress Enduro Trip Booking System

I run an existing WordPress site that offers guided enduro-motorcycle adventures. The next step is to add a full booking engine that lets visitors select a trip, tailor every detail, and pay instantly—while giving me a clear calendar view of all reservations.

Key functionality I’m after
• Trip & date management is top priority. I need to create each ride as a product, enter multiple departure dates, set the number of available spots, and let the system decrement availability automatically when a booking is confirmed.
• Front-end configurators must let the rider choose the number of travelers, motorcycle-rental options, accommodation and meal packages, and any special prizes or translations we decide to offer. All selections should roll into one transparent final price.
• Payments go through Stripe only; the checkout flow has to be secure, PCI-compliant, and able to handle currency conversion if Polylang toggles the language.
• On completion, an email confirmation with all booking details must reach both the buyer and me.
• Inside WordPress I need a calendar (month and list views) showing booked slots, remaining places, and quick links to each order.
• The entire front-end must remain multilingual via Polylang; every label, error message, and email template should be ready for translation.

Deliverables
1. A plug-in or custom theme module that provides the above booking workflow.
2. Admin interface for creating/editing trips, add-ons, inventory, and pricing rules.
3. Stripe integration, tested in both sandbox and live modes.
4. Automated email templates for customer and admin, fully translatable.
5. Calendar dashboard embedded in wp-admin.
6. Clear installation & update instructions so I can maintain it without touching code.
