WordPress Ecommerce & GST Billing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a WordPress-based e-commerce store that sells physical products and issues GST-compliant e-bills. The site must include a native inventory module that tracks stock in real time, triggers low-stock alerts, and lets me pull straightforward sales and inventory reports without leaving the dashboard.
WooCommerce is the obvious starting point, but I am open to equivalent solutions as long as they keep the workflow inside WordPress and support GST calculations on every invoice. The checkout will process credit and debit cards through a secure, PCI-compliant gateway; no other payment methods are required at this stage, so the flow should stay lean.
Deliverables
• Responsive WordPress storefront ready to list products and categories
• Inventory management integration with live stock tracking, low-stock notifications, and exportable analytics reports
• GST-ready e-billing: invoice templates, automatic tax calculations, downloadable PDFs, searchable invoice history
• One payment integration for major credit/debit cards, tested end-to-end in sandbox and live mode
• Brief handover guide covering product upload, inventory adjustments, and basic report generation
Acceptance
The project is complete when I can add a product, watch inventory update after a test order, receive a GST-compliant invoice via email, and download a consolidated sales report showing correct totals and stock levels.
