WordPress Digital Download Store Setup
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹5,000 INR
I need a complete WordPress site configured to sell downloadable GPL themes, software and e-books. The build has to feel professional from day one, so I want a theme that gives me a fully customizable layout, has e-commerce handled out of the box and is already tuned for solid SEO.
Here is what I expect at hand-over:
• WordPress installed on my host with a clean, lightweight theme that satisfies the three must-haves above.
• E-commerce plugin (Easy Digital Downloads, WooCommerce Digital or similar) configured for secure file delivery, automated purchase e-mails and reliable licence/key handling where required.
• Payment gateways (PayPal and card at minimum) tested with a sandbox order so I can see the full flow.
• Product structure ready: example categories for Themes, Software and E-books, plus one sample product in each so I can follow your pattern when I add more.
• SEO basics done: permalinks, sitemap, meta templates, and an SEO plugin set up with sensible defaults.
• Branded homepage, about page and a simple blog section, all editable through the theme customizer or Gutenberg blocks—no hard-coded templates.
• Quick walk-through (video or short PDF) showing me how to upload new files, replace cover images and issue update notifications.
When you reply, link me to at least two past WordPress download stores or similar e-commerce builds you’ve completed so I can gauge style and reliability. If you have suggestions on specific themes or plugins that could streamline digital licensing, feel free to mention them.
Site should be ready for me to start adding real products the moment you finish.
