Our goal is to streamline internal processes and create a seamless, user-friendly digital experience for staff and customers alike.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer & Designer to work on various internal system and webshop projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both WordPress development and design, ensuring seamless functionality and visually appealing layouts. Responsibilities include customizing themes, creating plugins, and optimizing the user experience. Project 1: Internal Order & Delivery System Redesign
Redesign and improve our WordPress-based internal order and delivery platform used by staff
Focus on UI/UX: intuitive, visual product selection, clear order and delivery management
Develop custom WordPress functionalities (e.g., product filtering, delivery scheduling, notifications)
Ensure responsive, fast, and reliable performance
Integrate with existing databases and APIs if needed
Collaborate closely with management to refine workflows and functionality
Project 2: Online Product Catalog & Webshop
Build a professional, easy-to-manage online catalog and webshop
WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platform setup, fully customized to our brand
Integration of product filters, search, and customer account features
Payment gateway setup, order tracking, and customer notifications
SEO optimization and mobile responsiveness
Ongoing maintenance and support post-launch
Required Skills and Experience
For both projects or individually:
Proven experience with WordPress development and design (10+ projects completed)
Strong skills in Elementor, Divi, or WP Bakery page builders
Experience with WooCommerce and custom plugin/theme development
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL
Knowledge of ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), REST API, and custom post types
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English
Experience in UX/UI design is a strong plus (especially for Project 1)
Familiarity with SEO best practices (especially for Project 2)
Questions to test if the candidate understands our project:
How would you design an internal WordPress-based order and delivery module to ensure it is user-friendly and efficient for store staff? Which features and UX principles do you consider essential?
What experience do you have with building or customizing WooCommerce shops focused on professional product catalogs and smooth ordering processes? How do you ensure the webshop is easy to manage for non-technical users?
