OVERVIEW

I have already started building a WordPress website for my fragrance brand, Persona Parfums, but need to hand it off to a developer to complete it properly while I focus on other areas of the business.

The core task is straightforward: a clean, well-designed ecommerce site with 5 products, a contact/enquiry page, and Stripe payments. No complex custom coding required.



THE BRAND IN ONE PARAGRAPH

Persona Parfums is a niche fragrance brand with a simple message: wear your persona. Each of the five signature fragrances represents a human archetype — The Lover, The Visionary, The Rebel, The Mystic, The Minimalist. The brand is about confidence, individuality and self-expression. Think Nike's 'Just Do It' energy applied to fragrance and identity.



WHAT NEEDS TO BE BUILT

This is not a large build. The core deliverables are:

1. Homepage
Hero section, product grid (5 items), short brand philosophy text, how it works (3 steps), email signup, footer. All content and copy will be provided.

2. Shop Page
Product grid of all 5 fragrances. Consistent with homepage.

3. Five Product Pages
Each page needs: bottle image, fragrance notes (top/heart/base), short description, persona identity text, and add to cart. Template once, duplicate five times.

4. Bespoke Commission Page
A single premium service page (no checkout) for high-end individual and B2B enquiries — hotels, spas, brands wanting a private label fragrance. Needs a clean multi-step enquiry form that emails submissions to me. No pricing displayed. CTA: Request a Commission.

5. About, Contact and Journal Pages
Simple layouts. Placeholder copy fine — I will fill in final text.



TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

- WordPress + Elementor throughout (so I can self-edit)
- WooCommerce + Stripe (no subscription-based payment platforms)
- Enquiry form with email notification on the Bespoke page
- Mobile responsive across all pages
- Basic SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags)
- Sliding cart drawer and hover effects on product cards
- Short handover notes on delivery



DESIGN DIRECTION

The aesthetic is dark, cinematic and editorial — think fashion campaign, not traditional perfume brand. (this can be altered if you have an alternative idea or if i give a website reference that has better colour schemes)

- Background: #0f0f0f (deep black)
- Text: #f5f3ef (warm cream)
- Accent: #c6a86b (warm gold)
- Typography: large, dramatic, expressive — strong visual hierarchy
- All stock imagery must be dark, moody and identity-driven. No white background product shots.

I need someone who takes design seriously. A generic template result will not work for this brand.
