WordPress Customizations for Existing Site

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to make several modifications to an existing website. The site is already online, but the theme requires custom adjustments to work as needed. Please apply only if you have strong experience with WordPress theme customization (PHP, CSS, template hierarchy) and can complete the job efficiently. Project Requirements

1. Header Image Customization
Modify the theme so that the header image is not pulled from a post.
Replace it with a static image that I can upload manually.
Ensure the header image appears on all pages of the website, not only on the homepage.

2. Property Submission & Display Logic

When adding new properties in the backend, they should automatically appear on a selected page, depending on the category:

Villas

Chalet

I need this process to be automatic, without needing manual page editing each time.

3. Remove WooCommerce Dependency

The current theme requires WooCommerce, even though the website does not use any e-commerce functionality.

Modify the theme so it does not depend on WooCommerce at all.

Ensure the website works perfectly without WooCommerce installed or activated.
