WordPress Customization, WooCommerce and PWA Setup

I am seeking an experienced WordPress developer to assist with a comprehensive project for my website, https://www.dlifehealthcare.com. This project is divided into two parts, with the first part focusing on templating and customization.

Key Requirements for Part One:
- Select and implement a template from TemplateMonster (I will purchase the template)
- Customize the homepage layout to include:
- Slider/Carousel
- Featured Products/Services
- Good graphics to link to two other sites
- Set up a Progressive Web App (PWA) for enhanced performance
- Secure the website setup
- Customize the login and registration pages
- Implement OTP verification via phone/email using GupShup as the service provider
- Invoicing -- will buy plugin as suggested by developer.

The visual style for the website should be sleek and modern to ensure a professional and engaging user experience.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in WordPress development and customization
- Experience with PWA setup and website security
- Strong skills in creating sleek and modern web designs
- Familiarity with integrating OTP services like GupShup
- Ability to work with templates and customize them to meet specific requirements

Once the first part is completed, I will provide the specifications for the second part, which will involve developing custom plugins and user dashboards for three categories of users, in addition to the admin.
