WordPress E-Commerce Store Build

I need a fully functional WordPress-based online store that lets customers browse, add to cart, and check out smoothly. The shop must launch in two languages from day one, so please set up a robust multi-language framework (Polylang, WPML, or a comparable solution) and configure it for easy future expansion.

Core scope
• Install and configure WordPress on my hosting, including a clean, mobile-friendly theme suitable for e-commerce.
• Integrate an e-commerce engine—WooCommerce or any WordPress-native option you recommend—to handle product listings, inventory, shipping rules, taxes, and secure payments (credit card + PayPal at minimum).
• Enable multi-language switching across all storefront pages, products, cart, and checkout.
• Provide starter page layouts: Home, Shop, Product Detail, About, Contact, Cart, Checkout, My Account.
• Set up essential plugins for SEO, security, and caching, making sure they play nicely with the store.
• Deliver a visual style guide and a short walkthrough video so I can update products and text confidently.

I already have hosting and a domain; you will receive full access once we begin. Please build on a staging environment first, then migrate to live after approval.

Success looks like this: the store loads fast on desktop and mobile, accepts real test transactions without errors, and switches languages seamlessly with no layout breaks.
